MINUTES FROM THE JULY 21, 2004 SELECT BOARD MEETING

Board members present were Pat Mallow, Dave Johnson and Ron Lafreniere. Absent were John Devine and Jerry Mullen. Also present were Road Foreman Eric Andrews, Town Clerk Deborah LaRiviére and resident Pete Siegel. The meeting was called to order at 9:30 am.

The Board opened paving bids. Pike’s bid was $42.86/ton and Whitcomb’s bid was $42.15/ton. Dave motioned: “To accept the bid of $$42.15 per ton from Whitcomb’s.” Pat seconded. There was no other discussion, all were in favor, motion passed.

The Board discussed the driveway access belonging to Siegel’s that accessed the skating rink. Ron motioned: “To pave back 4’ and put the end caps on that the State is requesting and charge and costs to the Recreation Committee.”  Seconded by Pat. There was no other discussion, all were in favor, motion passed.

There was nothing else to be brought before this Board at this time. Ron motioned to end the meeting, seconded by Pat. The meeting ended at 10 am.
