MINUTES FROM THE NOVEMBER 15, 2004 SELECT BOARD MEETING

 

Board members present were Ron Lafreniere, Jerry Mullen and John Devine. Board members absent were Pat Mallow and Dave Johnson. The meeting came to order at 6pm.

 

John motioned: "To accept the minutes from October 25, October 04 and November 08, 2004." Ron seconded. There were no changes or corrections, all were in favor, motion passed.

 

The Board had a presentation from the Vermont League of Cities and Towns for insurance coverage for the town. The Board would like a quote from the Allen Agency, the town’s current agent. Deb will get.

 

Warrants were signed.

 

There was no other business to be brought before this Board at this time. Jerry motioned to end the meeting, seconded by John. The meeting closed at 7:10pm.
