MINUTES FROM THE OCTOBER 25, 2004 SELECT BOARD MEETING

 

Board members present were Pat Mallow, Jerry Mullen, John Devine and Dave Johnson. Also present was Town Clerk Deborah LaRiviėre. The meeting was called to order at 7pm.

 

Dave motioned: "To accept the minutes from the October 18, 2004." Jerry seconded. There was no other discussion, all were in favor, motion passed.

 

The Board is looking for a new representative for the solid waste district.

 

Karen Newton would like to be appointed to one of the vacant listers' position. Jerry motioned: "To appoint Karen Newton as Lister." John seconded. John, Jerry and Pat in favor, Dave abstained. Motion passed.

 

Jerry motioned: "To approve a Municipal budget of $632,700 for the 2005-06 year." John seconded. There was no other discussion, all were in favor, motion passed.

 

There was no other business to be brought before this board at this time. Jerry motioned to end the meeting, John seconded. The meeting closed at 9pm.
