BVFD UTILITY TRUCK PURCHASE

This public hearing was convened to consider the request of the BVFD to divert appropriated funds for the purchase of a 16K utility truck from Leigh Sykes.
The hearing was called to order at 5:50 p.m. Dave asked for any comments or discussion. Mike noted that there was 11k left in the budget from truck payments, and that there was 5k needed to make up the cost difference. Dave made a motion to authorize the purchase of the 16K utility truck from Leigh Sykes, using the 11K left in the budget, and diverting 5K from the capital reserve to fund the remainder. Gerry seconded the motion. All were in favor, motion passed.
Gerry made the motion to close the hearing. Ron seconded the motion. All were in favor, motion passed. The public hearing closed at 6:00 p.m.
