INTERIM ZONING

This public hearing was convened to consider the request of the Bolton Select Board to enact the third optional year of interim zoning in the Village II District.
Chair John Devine called the hearing to order at 5:45 p.m., and asked for any comments or discussion. There were none, and no other persons other than the Select Board and the clerk were in attendance.
At 6 p.m. Gerry Mullen made the motion to enact the third optional year of interim zoning in the Village II District. John Devine seconded the motion. All were in favor, motion passed.
Gerry Mullen made the motion to close the hearing. Dave Johnson seconded the motion. All were in favor, motion passed. The public hearing closed at 6:02 p.m.
