MINUTES FROM THE February 17, 2004 Select board Meeting

The Board met to review the insurance bids received from the VLCT and the Allen Agency. Jerry motioned: “To accept the bid from the VLCT.” Pete seconded. After some discussion, the board decided to hold off changing companies until the fall and get more bids. The question was called, none in favor, motion failed. Jerry motioned: “To use the new values, add the fire department to the town policy and use the 2003 PR for workers comp and place a newspaper ad this summer for insurance bids.” Ron seconded. All were in favor, motion passed.

There was no other business to be brought before this board at this time.

Ron motioned to end the meeting, seconded by Jerry. The meeting closed at 6:10pm.
