MINUTES FROM THE AUGUST 12, 2003 SELECT BOARD MEETING

Board members present were Dave Johnson, Ron Lafreniere and Pete Siegel. Also present was Town Clerk Deborah LaRiviére. The meeting was called to order at 9am.

The Board met to open paving bids. The only bid received was from Pike Industries. The bid from Pike was $43.17 per ton. Pete motioned:” To accept the bid from Pike Industries for paving at $43.17 per ton. Acceptance of the contract should indicate work will be completed prior to October 01, 2003.”  Dave seconded. There was no other discussion, all were in favor, motion passed.

There was no other business to be brought before this board at this time. Dave motioned to end the meeting, seconded by Ron. The meeting ended at 9:20am.
