Board members present were Pete Siegel, John Devine, and Ron Lafreniere. The meeting was called to order at 7:25.
John motioned: “To accept the proposal for the creation of the Bolton Valley Fire District #1.” Ron seconded. There was no other discussion, all were in favor, motion passed. It was proposed that the organizational meeting to elect officials and develop by-laws be held on Tuesday May 27, 2003. This needs to be warned 30 days before the meeting. One Selectman must be present to call the meeting to order and the officials of the Fire District will take over from there.
Ron motioned to end this meeting, seconded by John. The meeting ended at 8:00pm.
