MINUTES FROM THE FEBRUARY 03, 2003 SELECT BOARD MEETING

Boar members present were Dave Johnson, John Devine, Jerry Mullen, Ron Lafreniere and Pete Siegel. Also present was Town Clerk Deb LaRiviere and Town Attorney Robert Fletcher. The meeting was called to order at 6pm.

Dave motioned to enter Executive Session to discuss a real estate transaction. Ron seconded. The Board entered Executive Session at 6:05 and returned to the regular session at 7:15pm.

There was no business to be brought before this Board at this time. Jerry motioned to end the meeting, seconded by Ron. The meeting ended at 7:30.
