MINUTES
FROM THE
Board
members present were Dave Johnson, Pete Siegel and Jerry Mullen. Also present
were Town Clerk Deborah LaRiviére, Zoning Administrator Dick Ward, Fire Chief
Mike Gervia and residents Joss Besse and Jen Andrews. The meeting was called to
order at
Jerry
motioned: “To approve the adoption of Interim zoning By-Law with the following
addition to Section 3, as item ‘e’: All pre-existing small lots with water and
sewer rights to the Bolton Valley water system are exempt from the restrictions
of this zoning by-law.” Dave seconded. Jerry offered an amendment: “To accept this addition upon approval of
the verbiage by the Town Attorney,” Dave seconded the amendment. The
question on the amendment was called and all were in favor. The motion was
called and all were in favor. Amended motion passed.
There was
no other business to be brought before this board at this time.
