Those present were Jerry Mullen, John Devin and Pete Siegel. Also present was
Town Clerk Deb LaRiviere. The Public Hearing was called to order at 7pm.
There was one resident present and no comments were made.
John motioned to end the hearing, seconded by Jerry. The public hearing ended
at 7:30pm.

Jerry motioned: “To adopt the revised Sub-Division Regulations.” Pete
seconded. There was no other discussion, all were in favor, motion passed.
There was no other business to be brought before this Board at this time.
Pete motioned to end the meeting, seconded by Jerry. The meeting ended at
7:40pm.
