Meeting
came to order at 6 pm.
1. There were no comments from community members.
Action/Discussion
Items
At
6:15 pm, Fred moved that the board
enter into Executive Session under the authority of Title 1 VSA, Chapter 5,
Section 313 (3) to interview finalists for the fourth grade teaching position;
Vicky seconded. Discussion followed and a candidate was recommended to Dr.
Conley. At 9:30 pm, Fred moved to end the Executive Session; Vicky seconded.
All in favor.
Meeting
adjourned at 9:30 pm. Next meeting is scheduled for August 4, 2004, at Smilie
School.
