Principal’s Report:

Discussion/Action Items:

1. The minutes from the February meeting were approved.

2. Election of officers:

Vicky nominated Fred for Chair. Ann seconded. All in favor.

Fred nominated Phil for Vice Chair. Vicky seconded. All in favor.

Phil nominated Vicky for Clerk; Lisa seconded. All in favor.

3. Committee assignments:

Executive: Fred; Ann (Clerk)

Long-Range: Phil

Negotiations: Lisa

Policy and Spec. Ed: Vicky

Curriculum: Ann

Transportation: Phil

4. There was a brief review of town meeting.

5. Vicky moved to approve the invoice edit list in the amount of $249,183.43; Fred seconded. All in favor.

Superintendent’s Report:

Bill Wintersteen was elected as Chittenden East’s rep to the Regional Technical Academy board.

The meeting adjourned at 8:30 pm. The next meeting is scheduled for April 7, 2004, at the Smilie School.
