MINUTES OF SCHOOL DIRECTORS MEETING

Meeting came to order at 2:15 pm.

ATTENDEES:

Vicky Congdon, Phil Graff, Fred Kenney, Lisa Wells, and Ann Whitman

ACTION/DISCUSSION ITEMS:

The Board reviewed the ’04-’05 proposed school budget, the school board and principal’s report, and the reports of the School Directors in preparation for Town Meeting.

Meeting adjourned at 4:30 pm.

 The next meeting has been scheduled for 7PM, March 3, 2004, at the Smilie School.
