MINUTES OF THE SCHOOL DIRECTORS MEETING

December 10, 2002

Meeting came to order at 8 pm.

ATTENDEES:

John Alberghini, Vicky Congdon, Phil Graff, Ann Whitman, Fred Kenney, Lisa Wells

Guests: Laura Naussau, Joanne Machia

ACTION/DISCUSSION ITEMS:

1. Joanne Machia and Laura Nassau from Central Office presented the fourth draft of the 2003-2004 Bolton School District budget. This draft reflects updates to CESU assessments and includes an increase in the health insurance rate.

2. Lisa moved that the Board adopt the fourth draft of 2003-2004 Bolton School District budget in the amount of $1,021,158 subject to possible reduction pending the CESU Executive Committee meeting scheduled for December 16; Vicky seconded. All approved.

Meeting adjourned at 9 pm.

The next meeting is scheduled for January 8, 2003, at the Smilie School.
