MINUTES OF SCHOOL DIRECTORS MEETING

Smilie Memorial School, Bolton, VT

Meeting came to order at 7:10 pm.

 

ATTENDEES:

Vicky Congdon, Gail Conley, Phil Graff, Fred Kenney, Lisa Wells, and Ann Whitman

Guest: John Alberghini

 

GENERAL ITEMS:

1. There were no comments from community members:

 

ACTION/DISCUSSION ITEMS:

 

2. At 7:15 pm, Lisa moved that the Board enter into executive session, under the authority of Title 1 VSA, Chapter 5, Section 313 (3) to interview a finalist for the principal’s position. Vicky seconded. All approved. At 8:30, Lisa moved that the executive session end; Ann seconded. All approved. 

 

3. Vicky moved to accept the minutes of 3/7/02 as written; Ann seconded. All in favor.

 

Meeting adjourned at 8:45 pm.

 

 The next meeting has been scheduled for 7PM, March 14, 2002, at the Smilie School.
