January 5, 2005

Meeting called to order at 6:30 p.m.

Agenda Item #1 – Minutes November 1, 2004, December 6, 2004, December 13, 2004
Steve Barner made the motion to accept the minutes of November 1, 2204, December 6, 2004, and December 13, 2004. Jim Bralich seconded the motion. All were in favor, motion carried.

Agenda Item #2– Set meeting date in 2/05 to begin grant process with CCRPC
The Commission tentatively scheduled the first Monday in February, 2/7/05 to meet with a CCRPC representative to begin work on the FY 2005 municipal planning grant. Amy will call CCRPC to set date and will confirm with Commission members.

Agenda Item #3– Other communications/mail
There was none

Agenda Item #4 – Any other business
The Commission welcomed Jim Thornton. Jim was appointed by the Bolton Select Board in December 2004 to fill the vacancy left by the resignation of Chris Haggerty.

The next meeting of the Planning Commission is tentatively scheduled for Monday, February 7, 2005, 6 – 8 p.m. @ Smilie School.
