Agenda Item #1 – Draft PC Report/approve documents for public hearing process
The Planning Commission reviewed the bylaw draft prepared for the public hearing. Rodney Pingree made the motion to approve the bylaw draft, Proposed LAND USE & DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS for the TOWN OF BOLTON. Steve Barner seconded the motion. All were in favor, motion passed.
The Planning Commission reviewed the Town Plan amendments. Rodney Pingree made the motion to approve the Town Plan amendments. Steve Barner seconded the motion. All were in favor, motion passed.
The Planning Commission drafted the Planning Commission Report. Rodney Pingree made the motion to accept the Planning Commission Report for the Municipal Bylaw Amendments. Steve Barner seconded the motion. All were in favor, motion passed.
Agenda Item #2– Minutes October 12, 2004
Larry Williams stated that as a courtesy he wanted the Planning Commission to know that he would be filing an application for a major subdivision under interim zoning the following day, November 2, 2004.
The next scheduled meeting of the Planning Commission will be the public hearing, Monday, December 6, 2004, 7 – 9 p.m. at Smilie School.
The meeting adjourned at 8 p.m.
