and re-warned to be in compliance with VT Statutes and the Bolton Land Use
and Development Regulations.

- The DRB
noted that the application for Conditional Use Review by Mountain Operations
and Development (MODC) was incomplete. Brief discussion regarding the application
and needed information included:
- Wastewater
/ Sewage would be transferred from Timberline Base Lodge to the new pavilion
during the summer. Wastewater estimated to be 1250 - 6,000 gallons/day, allotted.
- Curb Cut approval needed.
- Retaining wall.
- One way gated roadway.
- Snowmaking building screen.
- Erosion control measures.
- Road crossing
issues. Foot traffic from Timberline Base Lodge parking across the road. Cross

- Mixed use.
- Map showing all of Bolton Valley
and usage.
- Pond fencing.
- Parking
lot lighting, lot capacity?
- The DRB stated that the hearing
would re-schedule and re-warned for 7 p.m. on May 18, 2005. It was noted that
MODC needed to have all additional information on file at the Town Office.
MODC stated that the information would be at the office by May 4, 2005, with
