NOTICE OF DECISION

 

This matter came before the Development Review Board (DRB) on the application of Calvin and Diane Blow (Landowner and Applicant) for a minor subdivision creating two (2) lots (lot #1 – 13.3 acres and lot #2 – 23.2 acres) located south of 214 Green Mountain Road, Tax Map Parcel ID # 4090212.

 

The DRB conducted a duly warned hearing on August 20, 2003.  Appearing on behalf of the application was Calvin Blow and his son Jeremy Blow.  Based upon the testimony provided at the public hearing and the documents submitted to the DRB (contained in the documents of file for this application), the DRB decides as follows:

 

DECISION

 

The DRB unanimously approves the Applicant’s request for a minor subdivision of two lots, lot #1 – 13.3 acres, and lot #2 – 23.2 acres located south of 214 Green Mountain Road with the following conditions:

 

1.     That the subdivision Mylar be recorded in compliance with the Town Clerk’s requirements within ninety (90) days of subdivision approval.

 

2.     That a minimum twenty-five (25) foot right of way be conveyed from the well on lot #1 to lot #2.

 

3.     That a right of way, suggested fifty (50) feet, be conveyed from lot #1 to lot #2 for access to lot #2 across the land and/or shared driveway.

 

 

Approved by Resolution of the Development Review Board of the Town of Bolton, Vermont, on August 20, 2003, subject to the requirements and conditions of said resolution.
